Checkin was problematic because the location was locked at the front so nobody was there to provide the keys to the truck. The trucks were not in great shape, somewhat dirty and still had items from the previous renter. They also incorrectly documented the fuel level when I picked up the truck so I had to file a request in order to not get charged for fuel despite bringing it back more full than I picked it up.

VANESSA LThe guys here were kind and made me feel comfortable. I did not go inside the business, since they were outside when I pulled in and they handled everything from there. So I don't know if the location was "clean and inviting." I said yes, since the process was fast and the men running the place were nice and efficient. It took only about 10 minutes to turn the vehicle in, and I was on my way!
