closed not just on sundays but on mondays too? had to use the app to get the truck. the app told me i needed 3 forms of id to finish the pickup process.. 3 out of 4 choices. 1 is a passport. never had one in my life. second. was an employer form... im moving.. i have no employer... 3.. a form showing my lease for where i live.. just sold our house.. have no lease... wtf folks... i ended up sitting in the parking lot after about 4 phone calls that kept making me talk to robots, till someone helped me take care of the situation and finally got the truck keys from the drop box.. then the app wants photos of the truck, when its parked right along side a building and the apop wont let you take photos that close. have to move the truck several times to make the app happy. talk about customer service debackle. most of these issues is just because uhaul sucks ass, not becuase the gun store was that bad.. they just werent open on monday. later the truck gave me issues.

Clean the cab and back of truck, check windshield wipers and clean the windshield and all glass. I had rain on my trip and drivers wiper was broken, either side didn’t wipe water sufficiently.
KERRY DDon't have the uhaul across town from the location you need to pick the key up from.
KIEZER CI did not want the insurance nor did I know I could return within 24 hits fur a discounted rate.
