Dropped off without incident or human interaction. Didn't see any "Elevated Auto Sales" sign, but there were other U-Haul trailers, so I assumed I had found the right place.

DAVID BI was very unhappy with the service at this location. I had an appointment for 10 a m. to pick up the truck. The place of business was not even open despite having an appointment and the hours of operation on the location's sign stating the business opens at 10. I waited for almost an hour for anyone to even arrive. I did not even receive apology. I did appreciate the helpful people that I called at 1-800-U-HAUL. Based on this location, I would never rent a U-Haul again. Worst experience ever.
