INLAND DEVON was great. Great service and a great staff. I highly recommend INLAND DEVON. I was originally to pick-up at TAXI TAXI. When I waent there to pick-up the van, no one was there and there was a sign on the door that said call this number. I did so, waited 15 minutes and then called UHAUL and got moved to INLAND Devon for the rental. TAXI TAXI should have there relationship with UHAUL cancelled!!!! I will only use INLAND DEVON from now on.
HARRY HThis facility's driveway was tough to find off the main highway as there were bushes blocking the view of the entrance. We passed it twice and had to go around/make a Uturn and try again. With the 15 ft truck we were returning, we had some challenges doing this. The manager there, agreed that he has been trying to get corporate to cut the bushes at the entrance down as he knows this is a problem. The return experience was excellent other than this hiccup.
SUSAN CDislocation was amazing and the associate helping us was beyond wonderful. Although I would like to speak to someone regarding my reservation and the fact that my original pick up location did not have my truck and I was told he rented it to a walk-in. This sent me back a few hours and I was guaranteed my reservation. I was completely disappointed please contact me for more information 410-430-0240.
