The process of attempting to load photos of the four sides of the truck and associated comments did not work (the app or U-Haul servers) were simply not allowing me to upload photos (I attempted for 15 minutes, bogging down my “speedy online pickup). Aside from that, my experience was excellent.

Please ensure proper maintenance of vehicles for customers. I have taken pictures to document that tire pressures were 10-18 psi below recommended pressures. Coolant level for the van was also below the minimum line in the reservoir. Aside from mechanical concerns, experience was pleasant.
