Got a random text from U-Haul about drop off return time so another family could use the trailer. My contract said 10am return, but that wasn’t an option in the text response offered. I selected the earliest time available which was 1:30 pm. That evening got an email that i was late for my drop off and extra charges might apply and my. Contact was terminated. I dropped it off at contracted location at scheduled time and wasn’t charged extra. No big deal but very confusing and alarming. Hopefully this issue will be corrected. I will use U-Haul again in the future even though they made me feel like I was doing something wrong.
