The tow dolly was picked up not by me and then was never used returned a day early and then the fuckers had the balls to charge me for an extra day,,,when it was never used and returned early, I mean 180$ for basically 24 hours, I really want a refund and have written a complaint and concern to management refund please.
JASON BSelected location pick up and when we arrived, we were told the location was changed. It was inconvenient having to drive to the other location to pick up the vehicle.

robert lOur reservation was moved to this location at the last minute. The location we reserved at is only 2 miles from our house. We were moved to this location 15 miles away which added to mileage we had to pay for. Was not informed dolly we reserved was not available until we got there.
