Check out in the morning was great and fast. Checkout not so good. the person did not know what she was doing, did not have access to your network and I had to disconnect the trailer myself and put it where they wanted it . I took a picture of it after I parked it so there was some kind of record of it being returned

Pu attendant was very friendly and helpful. Only issue with this location was lack of Wifi/Data connection. Was unable to sign in and do the pre trip. I did take pictures just in case of any issues. Due to moving from a rural area, I was unable to do the pu online until a later time and the link had expired. I had left a v/m for the agent that called me with the new pu location that was requested and within a very short time I was sent a link for the drop off and he had me checked in. Truck was a newer truck and had very minimal damaged (which I recorded with pictures).
