Where is my deposit well least the rest of it after 32 was taken for gas?
LEIA JA smoke shop/ liquor store really ? I wasn’t able to pick the time to drop off the truck in which I occurred an extra charge of $58 . Will not be using U-Haul ever again

Tonia FOur experience was horrible. When we went to pick up the truck, the employees struggled to walk us through the steps to get us signed in and a contract completed. They couldn't even figure out how to unlock the box the key was stored in. We had to wait for someone to come help them open it. Due to the staff's incompetence, it took us over 45 minutes to get the truck. This location should not be providing services on behalf of Uhaul.
