We dropped the trailer in the parking lot facility was not open. Said hours were until 6pm it was not. I felt uncomfortable doing self checkout and just leaving the trailer.

Strange location choice. Does not represent what we are accustomed to with U-haul. Truck was dusty & dirty. The guy working was very nice & helpful. This was not the location I booked online. The pick up location was moved 15 miles away the day before. Why allow online booking for a specific location only to be moved later? Not happy. This has never happen before.
