I had to return my unit via the app as I couldn't locate anyone where I was told this location was. The key return was located near a building that had a different address than what I was given (6221 vs 6303 I was given). I will not deliver a unit to an unfamiliar location again if this is how it goes...

This was an absolutely horrible experience and when moving is already one of the most stressful things a person has to go through having your location switched without it being done properly and zero instruction that it would need to be done online was absolutely a pain in the behind. I lost 3 hours off our rental time this morning just trying to get a truck.
Jillian LThe back of the truck was dirty and the self pickup was confusing. I asked for a dolly and pads. I had to go to a different location to get the dolly and the pads I did get there were wet and I had to go to a third store to get them replaced.
