The truck was pretty old, the lady seems bother when you speak or asked questions, I will never choose this place again !

latrese J.The no contact pick/drop off was a nightmare. Our truck was rented to two people so we had to wait around to figure out how to get a different uhaul all the while Design 4 (uhaul location) was closed. It was unnecessarily stressful. We have also been charged a cleaning fee even though the uhaul was spotless and have not been reimbursed for the additional 1/2 tank of gas ($40) we added.
