This whole experience has been disheartening and I will NEVER recommend or use Uhaul again. Paperwork has do be at booth at airport approximately 2 miles away. Lady wasn't trained to do Uhaul contracts. Stood in freezing weather at booth for 30 minutes. Went to return truck and no one was at lot. Called phone number on contract only to be told to put keys in lockbox and there WAS NO LOCKBOX. 30 minutes later employee showed up! Then to top things off, received text that Monday (2 days later) saying that I had overdue truck! 45 more minutes on phone and getting run around with different people to get that straightened out. Renting a Uhaul for 4 hours to use for 15 miles should NOT be this difficult and messed up!

When my niece arrived at the location, it was a day earlier than contracted, and was told that the person who could check in the truck was not there, but that she could check it in from home. That process delayed her and almost caused her to miss a plane leaving from Eppley Airport. That was stressful to her and her husband.

The trailer was missing a extention plug and the attendent didn't realize it. They had one other trailer there which had an extintion plug on it so we took it off of that trailer and installed it on the one I was renting!

I waited almost an hour to get the truck and was not advised that the truck would not actually be at the airport. I was dropped off there. When I found out it wasnt actually there, I had to call to have my ride come back to get me and take me to where the truck was. The computer would not accept my debit card and I wasted almost an hour before the girl at the counter decided to have me get cash to pay instead. It threw off my move. Other than that, it was a good experience. Molly was wonderful.

I had a hard time trying to figure out where to go to pay for the uhaul. I had to go to the airport and they didnt have me on the reservation list so they finally called and talked to someone that knew what was going on. That person told them I was on the list and then I got sent across the road to the parking garage where they had a booth where I paid for the uhaul. It was very inconvienent for me. Then after I paid for the uhaul I had to drive to a different location to pick it up. I will not rent a uhaul from this location again.

Unfortunately, I received texts and phone messages a few days after I dropped it off asking why I still had the trailer. The text gave me a contract number to reference when I called. However the person I talked to couldn't look up my record without a dispatch number. Seems odd and you should reconcile those two.

I called the 1-800 number to rent truck. I told them about the Bellevue Rental Ctr located less than 1 mile from my storage unit and they did not call them to see if they had a truck available. I went to Dollar Rental location and no one was there to begin with. After waiting 10 minutes employee drove up and could not help me and they did not have pads I had requested. I was taken to the air port location where the young lady and employee had to call boss to find out what to do. It took them 30 minutes to develop receipt and then I was taken back to the truck. I was given a dolly that was in the office but not pads. After driving 12 miles to my storage unit at Dino`s U-Haul Rental I checked the oil and it was at least one quart low so I bought oil for it. I went to Bellevue Rental center and rented some pads and found out he had a 26 ft truck on site. I bought oil at another U-Haul rental site 1/2 mile from Bellevue Rental and they also had 26 ft trucks. When loading I found the overhead storage had not been claned off and had to clean it before putting material on the space. The truck performed well and the drop off location personnel were polite and appoligized for the problem at the pick up location and refunded my money for the oil purchase.

Have the equipment rented actually at the location and not have to go to another location to get the products rented.

I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled pick up time and entered what looked like the entrance. I entered a messy office and thought I had entered in the wrong place. I left and circled the building seeing if there was another entrance for customers and realized there wasn't. I then waited inside for at least 10 minutes and never saw anything but the janitor and a car maintenance guy. I went outside to see if there was some one else in the lot to help me but I did not see anyone. I went back inside and waited another 10 minutes. Finally, I went outside again and poked my head in the garage. I told the maintenance guy I was supposed to be picking up a U-Haul at 9 (now some time around 9:20). He looked confused and took me back into the office. He shuffled through some papers on a desk and said he couldn't find my reservation. He ended up calling some one who said to photocopy my driver's license and credit card. I then left 40 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up. When I went to drop it off (only 9 minutes late), I was told I had to go to the airport terminal to get a receipt. Already being off schedule because of my late start, I asked that it be mailed to me. When I got the e-mail a little later that day, it was indicated I was charged for 2 days and a 12 foot trailer I did not reserve, use, or even pick up. Because of all these extra charges, my bank account was left with nearly nothing. This doesn't have to do with the facility, but when I called to complain about these charges, the lady I had talked to argued with me about being charged for the 12 foot trailer (when the charges were listed clearly on my receipt, and my bank account reflected the amount I was charged), then argued with me that when she added up the 10 foot truck, at two days, and the mileage, it added up to the amount I was charged for the 10 foot truck and the 12 foot truck, when the amount for just the 10 foot truck clearly did not add up to the total amount I was charged. She was very rude the whole call. She told me they'd have to wait for an invoice to come in to see all the charges made and that I'd be called in 48 hours to resolve the issue. It is now over 77 hours and I have not received any calls back from U-Haul. My whole experience has been terrible and I will never use U-Haul again.
