From reserving the truck and changing the insurance to getting hung up on by agents renting and reserving the truck gets a zero out of 5. Picking up the truck was a disaster! it took 1.25 hours to get the truck from a self serve spot. The location and the box were outstanding. UHAUL failed me, not anytime laundry. When I finally did get into the truck the incorrect dolly was in the back. The agent on the phone who was the only person helpful waited on the phone while we got into the truck. The last agent, Veronica was a 5 star. I will never do a 24/7 rental again. Your company doesn't have the kinks worked out and wasted my time.
