The parking lot was small for a 20' truck. I left the truck in the best spot that I could.

The equipment wasn’t in the truck & i got charged for it. I had to pay someone’s else bill before i rented the truck. You all had me & my 3 year old in the cold for an hour trying to get a truck. This platform is horrible

JOHN LThere is a hole in the floor that was allowing water into the box from driving in the rain. Our mattress absorbed quite a bit of water. The windshield wipers could need replaced. Was difficult to see driving in rain
Troy HVery very old U Haul truck, with hard steering wheel need adjustment and very difficult to make turns, old charging connections, no cruise control etc. Very poor experience overall.
