I was charged 20 bucks for after hours drop-off services, which was not advertised in an obvious or upfront way before choosing where to drop the uhaul off when I was done. I dropped it off well before the selected time slot was over (several hours). I could have easily dropped it in a place that was actually open on a Saturday, but unfortunately I decided to try to be kind and leave it where I found it. Sadly that meant dropping back at a business that wasn't open on Saturdays. I have no idea whether it was the business or Uhual themselves that exacted this charge. I'll be sure to avoid dropping it off without a human there to receive it and charge me the correct amounts next time, which I anticipated may be an issue, but I went with it. Wrong choice.
