Both locations did not help at all. Very rude. The only person that helped was Tiffany on the phone in Huntsville location
Vannessa ZWhen picking up truck keys was just handed to me and pointed to the truck. The tow dolly wasn't connected and had to be pulled from behind a dumpster and the I backed truck around building to connect tow dolly myself.
Derrick RThe associate was kind but do yourself a favor and go to an actual Uhaul location! This was such a hassle. I waited over an hour and had to call corporate multiple times to rectify the issues.
Michael BIt was gas station very difficult to detect is a U-Haul return location. I have to circle around several time then I stopped walk in the gas station to ask where is this U-Haul. Improve add a large sign so easy to see. The lady take care the return she is very helpful!
