I was unable to open the rear door due to items shifting during travel. Employee put down what she was doing and had the door open in a minute. Great customer service! Highly recommended

BRANDY HUhaul overcharges you for any rental they hold your card information then attack you with extra charges after you have completed the transactions
LAVADA BOnly open 5 hours on Sat. It would be helpful to have someone come in earlier than 9:30 so you could get started before 10 am. We were done in about 2 hours but it was in the heat of the day. Other than that, everything went seamlessly. Great people working at Buster's. I have friends moving in the next year. They will definitely use Buster's for their UHaul.
