Truck wasn't swept out from previous renter
CHRISTOPHER EInitially, there was a problem at check-in, but it was quickly addressed and I was VERY satisfied.
FRED CThere was only one cashier at the American Food Store to rent the moving truck and checking out individuals purchasing products. The UHaul program would not scan the drivers license for the truck rental.
Joseph FClerk kept helping walk in customers instead of finishing my rental transaction. I had to make a photo of my drivers license and send it to the clerk, which was odd. I rented a truck from another location yesterday and I didn’t have to do that. Also, the transaction was paperless. I prefer a paper receipt and paperwork. Clerk was not pleasant. I will not go back to this location.
