The self serve check-in and check out was very difficult to use despite the app. Could not use it and had to call support for assistance. Grrr

Terry HCharged 16.50 + tax for gas to go 22km is high plus charged full time when it took 15 minutes to find the key, which should have been ready with the paperwork!
Gerry DAbsolute garbage customer service. Guy could barely speak English and laughed at me because I was getting frustrated by his lack of communication skills. Then he screwed up my final receipt causing me to have to call and straighten it out. Absolutely garbage experience.
