How U-Haul Reviews WorkEasy process - would use again
Andrew TLocation did not have pads or small dolly as requested. Trying to return key was a nightmare here. Had to call number and request 0 for operator and no one answered. Had to call Uhaul to get instructions finally a resident from room 118 placed key on reception desk, which was relay to Uhaul. This location should not be part of the Uhaul brand.
ROB PAt pickup the agent was not at reception and I had to call and wait for him to get key. App did not save the pictures I took. I was unable to complete the full pickup process on the app. U-Haul assistance was busy and I had to wait too long for call back. At return, app did not work at all. Agent was not at reception and said to leave keys on the counter. All very unprofessional.
Andrew SThe uhaul app is terrible to the point of being unusable, difficulty with the app added more than an hour to the trip due to issues at pick up and drop off. Everything from gps not detecting the location to the document scanner freezing to needing to upload the same information 4 or 5 times because it just ignored the previous upload
