The process of reserving the van on line and pick up of the van was seamless and no complaints but the van itself was still very dirty from the previous user There were screws and some tools and knee pads in the back that had to be cleaned up before placing my items in. There was a dirty Tim hortons cup in the cup holder and strangely there was a bra hanging off the drivers seat head rest that I removed and threw in the garbage. Worse of all if this is the side window on drivers side had a sticker on it looked like it was tried to be removed but still the sticky parts of the sticker is still on glass, it obstructed my view using the side mirror easily which made driving on the highway uneasy.
