Truck was very scratched up, dirty and had cockroaches. There was barely any signal at the location so i had trouble picking/dropping off the uhaul. The space was a nice open area but there were also dogs in the neighbors yard which was pretty close to the rental for those scared of dogs.

The ASM should teach them how to hookup trailers. I had to do it myself. The women working was very nice but did t have the training to do this herself. Luckily I was a UHaul dealer in the past and was able To do this myself.
