Scheduled a truck about 1 month ago, they day I was supposed to be moving Uhaul decided to change the pick up location 4 times and made me drive throughout the whole city. Management lacks of professionalism and commitment to their customers. The location overall was fine.
Alejandro CWe were sent to a location that was a shell gas station no one had no clue what to do we only went 14miles in the truck replaced the gas above where we got it was never asked any information at pick up was just given the keys at drop off we were told to pay 138.00 we asked for what then the total was 52.06 so I don’t believe these people knew what they were doing it was the gentleman by the name of Dave over the phone he was trying to scam us out of money we didn’t argue and paid it with cash because we didn’t want to give our card information at the point the whole experience was sketchy to start with I will only deal with uhaul themselves from here on forward if I need anything I was not happy with the service at all
