I will never go back to this location. Walked in to get my rental and wanted 15 min before I had to say hello. And finally got help. I even had time to take a quick video while I waited. When I finally get my rental it looks like it has been in there back lot for 6 months. I opened the unit to see pine needles every where.

These guys are scam at the drop off. They charged me full day rental charge with insurance fees by 4 hours delayed and that too their mistake. Because I called them on Saturday many times and they were closed and no one answered my call also google shows the location closed so I didn’t return it on Saturday however on Sunday morning agter talking to Uhaul representative on chat, Found out that location is 24*7 so I right away went ahead and dropped off the truck. However now they charged me $57 for just 4 hours . This is scam that Uhaul is doing.

francisco vJust the Best Experience I've ever had as I have been driving over 55 years with no accidents and had a fender bender with a large car trailer which ble2 a tire and damaged a fender. They responded in super fast time and had me on the road to pick up a new trailer close by With no charge to me. They made a bad day a great day ! I so appreciate everyone's attitude!
