People were rude not helpful and I was wrongfully charged an after hours late fee.
LEGRANT CVery friendly and helpful sales people! Equipment was in good shape, and it was a pleasurable experience all around.
Dennis KI rented the trailer for 24 hours. Location not open on Sunday. Since there is a fence they asked me to have it in the fence before 730a on Monday for a 1 day rental. I did they charged me for 2 days. That is bullcrap. If it had to be rtn same day then she should not have told me I had til Monday. Since it was a different staff member they said agreement is one day it should have been here Sunday. I said where did you want me to put it. She said you could of just dropped it in front of the gate. Never rent from that location again to many games to get an extra 20 buck. I did not even use the trailer on Sunday just sat in driveway.
Richard HAlyssa is great to work with, and made my whole experience with renting a U-Haul van very pleasant.
