The real problem stemmed from the app. I had booked a 15ft truck at this location. I even had received an email prompting me to provide payment information right away to ensure the availability of the truck, being told they were in demand in my area. At the location, I was told they never have 15ft trucks. In the end, I was left with two choices: a truck that is too small, or having to travel 30km for the right truck. I had no means of transportation. There is no public transport. This made my move a nightmare and I have yet to resolve everything.
Dani II dropped off the trailer during a holiday. However, I called the location to confirm I could drop the trailer off without staff present, which they confirmed and provided guidance on how to do so using the app. Very professional and helpful.
