READ ABOVE COMMENTS The location is a grocery store & no one knows a damn thing except the one "U-Haul lady" & she only works 8am-1pm Monday - Friday. Those hours work for almost nobody! I appreciate having this location closer than Coeur d' Alene but they need to hire more help!

Mitch SWe were notified the afternoon before our reservation that the truck we reserved would not be available at the place we had selected for pickup and we would have to travel to a different location a bit farther away. The new location was not marked and was confusing to find. When we finally did find the correct location, our “new” reservation did not show up in the vendors system until about 2 minutes before our scheduled pickup time, and it was 30 minutes after pickup time before we were able to leave with the truck. The blankets we had paid for were not there. On the plus side, the truck was clean and had no mechanical problems. Overall, not the experience I expected from such a well known and respected company!
