First time renting a Uhaul. Process was simple. The truck was in good shape. Still had empty bottles and cans from previous renter I’m assuming but not the biggest deal

Rented moving blankets not present in vehicle upon acquisition.
Carl DI dropped off at night and the location seems to be tied to someone’s yard/driveway and they came outside and were quite rude to us when parking the U-Haul
