No one is ever there, they have hours posted but 4 days in a row no one was there and no one answered the phone or returned my messages. They have no business running a rental if they can’t even return a phone call.
Phillip CBecause the location in Oswego Kansas refused to work with my local Uhaul people in Thayer Kansas I drove 46 miles to Oswego picked up the truck and drove the truck back to Oswego 46 miles back to Oswego Cost me an Extra $178.40 over normal milage used to make this trip and I have called twice to get the rate reduced, was told someone from U haul would get in touch with me. No one has called me however I received a bill for the extra milage and a late fee.
