Lady that worked and took care of me was rude to both myself and my wife, treated us like we were incompetent. Charged me for extra things I didn’t ask for.

Ladies at the gas station we went to pick it up at was new the process time was alot longer then expected. We didn't get the uhaul until 10:24 am and needed to have it by 10 am to start moving ad we had been ok a time limit. Because of the time limit it was frustrating because we could not move.our stuff in after a certain hour and it getting the uhaul late we had to leave stuff out side our the building which so.w of our stuff had been taken. The only issue i had was timing and the fact we had to.empty it to take it back and some of our stuff was stolen after that. If we would have had more time to load and unload it would.have never happened . We needed a 20 in truck but all uhaul had was a 10 ft truck we could not.afford to travel twice to.load so we had ton use to more suv to move. Cost us more at the end of the day If there was a truck the size we need that wouldn't have been an issue.
