Cell connectivity is spotty at their location in a valley next to the Illinois River. It was difficult to access the uhaul app to return the truck. Had the app fail three times because on connection.

Unit ran rough. Needs a good tune up. Van area was clean. I had to wipe down the cab. Manager was very nice. Poor cell service in the area so it may check in process long.
