We had a flat tire on a Sunday morning and they sent someone out, changed the entire wheel and it didn't cost us anything. Very grateful for the location service and the responsiveness of the roadside assistance!
STEVEN PA new U-Haul dealership but personnel was friendly, helpful. The truck was ready, clean, & full of gas. I predict they will be a busy dealership quickly. The parking lot is quite large, easy to enter & exit even with a large truck. Access to the main roadway is nearby & simple.
