I rented a truck that was larger than necessary because there were none the right size in Ottumwa. but I needed transportation for some 16 ft pieces of trim for a screened in porch (less than 20 total pounds. When I got to Menard's they had delivered my cargo to someone else so I returned it to the dealer in about 1 hour from first leaving the lot and having travel less than 12 total miles. When I went to discuss in to discuss the situation I was basically told I should have an email when I got home with the bill. I think there should have been some kind of reduction since it was Menard's fault and I returned the truck {in the same condition that it was previously in} so that it could be rented out to someone possibly for a more substantial; amount of money knowing that there was no other truck of the size. (There was only 1 other in Ottumwa and it had already been rented) I would like you to consider adjusting my charge as a goodwill gesture. Signed, Rick Crosson
