We accidentally chose an in town online and needed a one way and when we called and went to the store they claimed that it wasn't a big deal and nothing to change just to drop it off wherever we were moving. Thankfully we were only 45 minutes away because we indeed could not do that so had to make plans to drive it all the way back paying the extra mileage and gas to do that because they wouldn't just let us or help us change our reservation before they rented us the truck. Such a waste of time and money.

Have a small tablet station people can come up to to enter a request to rent. That way we don’t enter our cc numbers on other people’s phone.
