How U-Haul Reviews WorkYou can add that as a simple final sentence: I would recommend this location, with some reservations. The location was convenient and seemed better during the day than at night, and the pickup and drop-off process was seamless. The vehicle was generally clean; however, there was an overwhelming urine odor that negatively affected the overall experience. I am also unsure whether I was charged for additional gas, as I returned the vehicle with the same fuel level as when I picked it up.
Tangela WNothing. You are courteous, attentive, honest, and professional. Thank you!
marcus dNothing everything was perfect
charolyn gTruck was beyond dirty, it was downright UNHEALTHY! I've never rented a vehicle that smelled of URINE before. The best thing I can say is the engine started and the truck ran. Want to stay healthy? Don't go there!
