Trying to get the truck picked up and returned using the app was extremely difficult because there were multiple error messages when trying to complete the process.
Christopher WI took almost an hour to pickup. Had to call customer service just to get key and that took a long time. I put gas before dropping off vehicle and dropped it off around before the 24 hours and to my surprise was charged for 2 days and for gas. This is the worst place to pick up a rental. I rent from other places and never have a problem. Now I have to wait for uhaul to fix these error.
Tristan RI returned the truck on a holiday. There wasn’t anyone there.
