I have no issue with this location. The pick up and drop off process for the mobile app was confusing. The night before I went in to make sure I didn't need to fill in anything else and it said to show up with your phone, it was ready to go. When I arrived in the morning, it started asking for copies of driver's license and contact information. If you know I am doing a mobile pickup, I should be able to provide all of that information before I am standing in the lot freezing and trying to one handedly take pictures of documents. Instructions were conflicting, where at one point I was asked to scan a barcode but there was no barcode. But the vehicle said to scan a QR code where there were 2 QR codes and both just pointed to the website. The dropoff process told me to clean out the cab and put the keys in the drop box and then asked me to take pictures of the fuel gauge and odometer. I wasn't able to take those pictures because the cab was already locked. Someone just needs to walk through the process from the customers point of view. Additionally, I was estimated 0.99 cents a mile but the actual rate was $1.29/mile. I made a decision to rent a truck for a job thinking it was $60-75 and it ended up being $120 plus gas.
