This was one of the worst experiences ever. The app and lock box process was so inconvenient and wasn’t even functioning until I had to call UHaul. I also had an out of state license which would make sense since I’m moving and had to provide reference calls for 3 people which is insane. The location and drop off location also was not where I originally booked for and they didn’t bother to tell me until 2 days before that the location changed to one 40 mins away. Overall terrible experience and would never use or recommend UHaul ever.
