They weren't available at our time of pick up. We had to sit in the parking lot until someone got there. Make sure to schedule customers during business hours!
Joshua RCharged me an extra 110 miles that I didn’t drive and the location I picked it up at sent me away without a contract. I really don’t want to rent out a U-Haul again.
Sydney Vthe truck was a rough ride. Maybe tires also headliner had something splashed on it looked like coca cola
FRANKLIN SAdded an additional charge of 210.93 to a truck I already paid 151.10 for. a gas receipt for fuel used was provided. 370.00 dollars for a truck to go from Port St. Lucie to Palm Bay. A trip under 71 miles which was the rental agreement. I would NOT recommend anyone rent from U-HAUL in either town. I have also turned this into the fraud department of my credit company.
