Had a great experience renting a U-Haul. The staff member who helped me was super helpful and calming during a very stressful move. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and was extremely accommodating. Great customer service
Erica PMore training on equipment accessories and how UHaul handles tolls. I rented a vehicle trailer and the Jeep tires are oversized. The UHaul employees didn’t know UHaul sold extended straps to accommodate the oversized tires and initially advised me the “problem” was mine to solve and UHaul employees couldn’t advise me on how to fix it. I Googles and found a video on the UHaul website that explained about the straps. I had to drive 35 minutes North to a UHaul store in Ft. Pierce, FL to buy those straps.
JASON OThis is probably the best Uhaul place in the Stuart area, much better than the clowns on Federal Hwy at the gas station.
