Biggest issue is if you pick up after hours , you have to deal with UHual online to get access. Then when the battery is dead on the truck you get, roadside assistance not readily available..
MICHELLE CI think this truck I rented was older than Moses. The inside of the cab was so incredibly loud when the engine was at Full Throttle, I wish I had brought ear plugs. This truck was not like other trucks I have gotten through U-Haul which were much much quieter. The gentleman who helped me was very professional and friendly. But that truck needs to be retired.

marcus bThe self-service check-in process, though convenient, requires improvement. The application encountered technical difficulties, necessitating multiple login attempts. The excessive number of steps involved in the process resulted in a significant delay of approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Furthermore, the vehicle had an unpleasant odor and could benefit from proper freshening.
