Have some trailers on hand. There was not a single 5x9 trailer in Panama City. They said there was one in PortSt Joe if I wanted to go get it. Why could they not go get it and have it there the day I wanted it??? Why do you just rent them for local and not 1 way????? Poor, poor, poor service

All went well
Laurie KDoor was locked didn’t look like it was open. I was about to leave when they opened the door. Said they didn’t need anything from me but it too me calling U-Haul corporate to get them to return the equipment. It took three days past my rental for that to happen.
