We were not only given a U-Haul without a dolly (which we already paid for) but we were also given a U-Haul with no windshield wiper on the driver side. We had no idea until we hit rain on our 10hr drive and it was extremely dangerous and delayed our trip because we had to find a place to put one on for us. Very upsetting, whoever inspected this truck before giving it to us needs to be spoken to.

Best service no big deal if you have any questions they will answer it you can get in and out really quick now I did notice that you can't get unlimited miles anymore which is kind of a bummer but it worked out in the end for what I needed sometimes you just have to rent the car to drive that's the heck of a choice but it was the fastest and easiest without jumping through hoops I recommend anybody if you just need a ride for a short duration that's your ticket
