The one problem was that the truck's tires were not winter driving quality. No traction in the snow. I was surprised that all the contract rental details were sent by email and I didn't access them until after I had rented and returned the truck. Having rented before, I was familiar with all the rules but a new customer might find this unsettling. Dealing with the UHaul booking representatives on the phone was excellent. They all were very friendly, accommodating and professional.
steve nHad to move the truck out of the snow and clean off all the snow from it. Didn't get on the road until after 1:10.
SARAH HWhen anticipating a pick up especially in winter, be sure to clear off snow and ice from vehicle and ensure that the rollup door is frozen solid to the bed of the vehicle.
