Difficult to find instructions for after hours drop off. However, once I finally got through on the phone (on hold several times and then sent to the wrong dispatch!) the instructions were clear and it was an easy drop off. ***it was challenging getting google maps to find the correct location! Maybe add a link to directions on the invoice or bill so that online copies can be easily used to find drop off locations. Thank you!
