The U-Haul app was the problem. It was slow and the navigation through all the screens took too long. It needs to be simpler, faster and more intuitive. Remove all the add on options, if I want them I should get to choose them quickly, don’t put it in front of my face. It’s an annoyance and just makes me drop the app to walk in and do it manually with a live person which is not efficient but better than the long app experience.

I have to say the man who helped me, I can't remember his name but he drives the beautiful black mustang! Was so friendly and helpful. He had a difficult customer before me and he stayed polite and professional. People usually like to make complaints about workers but I feel compliments are just as important.
