The cab was not clean. Beverage spills and floor mats were dirty. I ordered 12 moving pads and was given a wrapped pack. When I opened it at home there were only 6. And there was a light on the dashboard the whole time I had the truck.

DENNIS VWhen they rented the car dolly to me they didn’t tell me it was going to be an extra amount because they wasn’t going to be open when I brought it back on time. They should have that in there disclosure.

MELISA SThe location was closed, my contract said to call them upon arrival. I called at 11:02am 1/19/25. No answer, left detailed message. Took pictures and attempted to return truck online, unable. Then two days later I am charged $20 for after hours drop off and convenient fee? I believe if a location is unable to accept the return, it should not be an option. Just like picking one up, I had to change locations.
