The office setup is confusing which is not located were the U-Haul equipment is.
MATTHEW CThe pick up location was changed by U-haul by one hour. This delayed my move 2 hours. I reserved a 10 foot van on June 12th (over 2 weeks in advance) in Norman Oklahoma, for pickup on June 28th. On June 27th, one day before, I receive a call from U-Haul regarding the location change. This cost me more fuel and more time. At drop off in I get charged by U-Haul an additional $27.62 for fuel. I do not feel valued as a customer.
Vit JIt was difficult picking up the truck with the location closed. Had multiple issue's using the website. Customer service was very helpful & assisted with navigating the issues.
