I tried to use the virtual kiosk at the location, but the person told me that they did not have the 10" truck available at the location, which there were plenty outside that I could see. I informed the virtual person but he told me to call the 800 u-haul number to find the nearest location that had that truck size. I went to call and called and the representative told me that there were vehicles at that location that I could rent. They reserved over phone, and then I went back in and there was now an in person representative at the front who was able to assist me. The in person was Great, Equipment was Great, the only downfall for me was the virtual kiosk person.

Upon arriving the count down started and a a virtual assistance was on the screen. She explained how to return the vehicle and where to put the key. She never told me that I need to close out my rental so I was charged an additional day. At this time I will never use a place that doesn't have a physical person. The rep called me on Monday and charged me for late drop off and a extra day. This was a costly move I could of used Two man and a truck for the price i paid for a self move. Never again.

WAQUANZO BMy only reason for not reading this excellent was because I had ordered blankets and when I got to the location, they said that they don’t have blankets and that I would have to go somewhere else for those. I wasn’t charged for them, but that was doable only because I had quilts to use at home. Otherwise, it was impeccable service.
Loren KLocation was not the issue, the entire process was atrocious.
