The truck was clean however the transmission had me worried the whole trip. I don’t know how such a large company could let one of their trucks get that bad…. It will end up breaking down on one of your customers and transmission issues are not an overnight issue. They develop over time and this one must have been having issues for a long time.

The appliance dolly I ordered was not in the truck causing a major inconvenience
Hunter MI dropped my U-Haul off a day early nobody was there because it was a weekend but I did call 1-800 U-Haul and they said that I'd be reimbursed due to the early drop off as well as I didn't exceed my mileage so I'd be reimbursed for that as well I still haven't been reimbursed and at this time I'm trying to wait for a manager to call me also the location is very tight for such a big truck to try to park
